How can I reach JOZ Amsterdam?

How can I pay?

Payments can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact or Credit Card. Payments are processed via a secure environment. When payment has been completed successfully, you will receive a notification and confirmation by email to the email address provided. Are there any problems while completing an order? Call us on this number (020-3627546) and we will help you immediately during our opening hours.

How do I know if the product suits me?

We try to describe the fit as best as possible in the product descriptions. In addition, we post as many clear photos of a product as possible. If you are not sure about your size, you can always contact us. Call 020-3627546 and we will be happy to help you!

How do I sign up for the newsletter and how do I unsubscribe?

You can register via this link. At the bottom of the page on the right you can enter your email address if you want to receive the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter you received by email. By clicking 'Unsubscribe from this list' you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If it doesn't work, please contact us and we will help you.

Orders

How can I track my order?

When you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track&Trace code at the email address you provided. Didn't receive an email? Then check the spam inbox of the specified email address. It is also possible to receive updates of your order via text messages to the specified 06 number, when this option is checked during checkout.

Can I change my order?

Do you want to change an order? Please contact us and we will help you. We can be reached by telephone on working days between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can also always send an email to info@jozamsterdam.nl. Do not forget to include the order number and your full name and possibly a telephone number. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

When you place an order above €100, shipping is free for orders to an address in the Netherlands. Below €100, the shipping costs to an address in the Netherlands are €6.95 and are automatically added during checkout.

Shipping to an address in Belgium or Germany is also free for orders over €200,-. Below €200,- shipping costs will be automatically added.

For orders abroad, different shipping costs apply, these differ per country and weight.

Orders can also be collected free of charge from our boutiques within one hour. When the package is ready, you will immediately receive a notification by email and you can pick it up yourself.

When do I receive my order?

If you place an order before 4 p.m., it will be shipped the same day and you will usually receive it the next day (depending on how busy PostNL is). If you order after 4:00 PM, during the weekend or on public holidays, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Different delivery times apply to orders outside the Netherlands.

If a product is out of stock due to circumstances, we will contact you immediately and the amount paid will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return my order?

If an item is not to your liking, you can return your online order within 14 days to our boutique at Berenstraat 29:

JOZ Amsterdam | Attn. Returns department | Berenstraat 29 | 1016 GG Amsterdam.

The item must of course be unworn, including original labels and hang tags, and in new condition. Pack the item neatly in the JOZ Amsterdam shipping bag and make sure that the invoice is included. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. Keep the track & trace shipping receipt in a safe place. Once we receive the item, you will receive an email notification.

How long does it take before I get my money back?

When we have received a return shipment in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days to the same account used for payment.
